Overview of Role
In order to provide the highest level of service to our most important clients (largest investment banks in the world), we have implemented a Top Value Contributor (TVC) Project Management group. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for tracking all of the Professional Services activities for one or more of our most important clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to interact with and manage the expectations of senior level external and internal stakeholders, build and nurture new relationships within client organizations, and consistently deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. The candidate must be able to work with staff level clients as well as senior client stakeholders and decision makers. Working within Traiana requires excellent judgment and decision making skills in order to resolve operational issues as well as to build out long term, strategic plans to successfully achieve joint Traiana-client goals.
Tasks and Duties
Day to Day focus:
- Project planning including developing work plans; creating resource plans; managing day-to-day project issues and drive to resolution;
- Ensuring proper scope management; establishing and maintaining communication to key stakeholders (both client and internal); work effectively across organizational boundaries (cultural and geographical).
- Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to provide custom client solutions, as well as managing external client efforts at various levels within our clients’ organizations.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years work experience in FX and / or Derivatives either within an investment bank or a systems vendor.
- 5+ years work experience in I.T. project management.
- Demonstrated success in project delivery.
- Significant consulting experience - preferably from one of the "big five".
- Significant experience managing client relationships.
- Significant business analysis experience.
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and commitments.
- Entrepreneurial, willing and ability to multi-task.
- Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills.
PMI certification desired but not required.
