We are looking for client service Level 2 analyst to join our client services team!

The position requires the ability to work shifts and holidays.


Key Accountabilities:

  • providing 2nd level support to global client facing teams and internal departments
  • providing support and troubleshooting of the company’s products

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a client services role – Must
  • Experience in a technical role - Must
  • Fluent English, preferably mother tongue - Must
  • Ability to learn complex systems and applications - Must
  • Ability to work flexible hours / shifts
  • Experience dealing with client representatives at various levels
  • Knowledge/experience in financial industry – Advantage
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, FTP, certificates, AD, Proxy and MQ – big advantage
