Web UI and Javascript Developer
We are looking for a talented developer that specializes in JavaScript programmer and HTML/CSS.
Our challenge is to build of a robust, Ajax enabled, web 2.0 application aimed for worldwide first tier financial institutions
Responsibilities:
- Developing Advanced JavaScript functionality (OOP) utilizing third party JavaScript frameworks (scriptaculous, prototype).
- Cross-browser support
- Cutting Photoshop designs in an optimized manner.
- Deep knowledge in the DOM, of CSS and XHTML – Cross Browser
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
- Basic knowledge in JSP - an advantage

Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution, this includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It requires the ability to work directly with clients and partners, perform business analysis and document detailed requirements. It also includes working with sales, marketing and Professional services to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work directly with clients and partners to understand customer requirements and problems.
- Be an expert with respect to the product
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Perform product demos to customers and internally to the business
- Develop sales tools and collateral
- Brief and train the project managers and sales force on new features
- Be perceived and act as a leader within the company
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Minimum of 3 years as a product manager in the Enterprise software product management arena or in Financial software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with proven experience in enterprise software and financial software
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel 15% of the time
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Infrastructural Oracle DBA
The position involves database installation, maintenance and support, and close work with our application deployment (Managed services) and support teams.
- BA/BSc in Computer Science, or DBA courses
- At least 3 years of experience as an Infrastructural Oracle DBA (IDF experience—an advantage)
