Implementation Services

We offer rapid time to market through use of our proven methodology to ensure effective rollout and also ongoing customization of our flagship TRM product. Customer Support

Traiana's Customer Support team acts as the first point of contact for all reported incidents regarding TRM and Harmony Services. Traiana offers as standard 24 x 6 support with extended services available.

Client Integration Services

Traiana's Client Integration service ensures fast and efficient integration of new or existing clients to the TRM and Harmony platform.

The CIS team uses TRML, Traiana's extension of the industry standard FpML protocol or custom integrations. CIS uses a flexible tool for adapting almost any type of message, file or feed including; Excel, CSV, XML, MQ messages, TOF, FIX, Fixed length files and other custom connectors.

Traiana TRM Managed Services

In addition to delivering TRM as a deployed solution, Traiana offers Traiana TRM Managed Services, a secure, cost-effective, hosted solution. Traiana TRM Managed Services is supported by primary and secondary disaster recovery sites and Traiana’s dedicated Managed Services operations team.
